As an Oracle Finance - Experienced Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize and manage the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will embrace opportunities to learn and grow, adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics. You will take ownership of your development, consistently delivering work that drives value for clients and success for the team.

Responsibilities

Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
Configuring and administering Oracle products to optimize operational efficiency
Supporting seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications for clients
Developing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) solutions to meet client requirements
Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data reporting and visualization
Engaging in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure tasks to enhance system performance
Participating in process improvement and optimization initiatives
Collaborating with team members to deliver strategic technology planning
Gathering information from diverse sources to discern patterns and inform decisions
Applying a learning mindset to develop personal and professional skills
Adapting to various client environments and challenges to deliver quality work
Building a personal brand through consistent delivery of value-driven solutions

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 1 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
Engaging in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure projects for digital transformation
