The Assistant Manager, In-House Marketing plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the marketing team, driving tour production, developing talent, and ensuring a world-class guest experience. This position partners closely with site leadership to execute business strategies, achieve performance goals, and maintain compliance with company standards and procedures.

- Support the daily operations of the In-House Marketing department to achieve tour flow and business objectives.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team of sales-oriented marketing professionals.
- Conduct regular team meetings focused on performance, engagement, recognition, and development.
- Create and implement strategies to increase tour flow and maximize marketing opportunities throughout the year.
- Monitor and drive departmental performance metrics, including tour production, penetration rates, and guest satisfaction scores.
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving owner and guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching, counseling, and development plans to improve team effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with resort operations and sales leadership to support site goals and create a seamless guest experience.
- Analyze business trends and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Required: Previous Timeshare Marketing experience.
- Minimum one year of leadership, management, or supervisory experience in a timeshare marketing environment preferred.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based reporting systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve business performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
