About the Role

We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture (P&C) team in Melbourne.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or build their career in Human Resources within a professional services environment.

Working with the broader People & Culture team, you'll provide support across a wide range of people initiatives, systems and processes while helping to create a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, including induction activities, people movements and exit processes
  • Assist with cyclical P&C processes, including performance & remuneration review processes and leadership and development planning
  • Function as the primary contact for professional study, including CA program activity
  • Help coordinate the delivery of P&C events, including wellbeing initiatives, employee engagement surveys and reward and recognition activities
  • Manage WHS at a local level in conjunction with the Facilities team
  • Prepare and submit people reports, including monthly executive reporting, gender reporting, leave liability and other ad hoc P&C reporting
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the P&C Business Partnering team and deliver excellent internal stakeholder service
  • Undertake project work in consultation with the broader P&C team

About You

  • Completed or working towards a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate inductions and training sessions
  • Demonstrated initiative, time-management and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality of information
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A keen interest in learning and developing, with a positive and self-motivated approach to your career
