What You’ll Do
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead maintenance technicians and provide hands-on technical support to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and safe operation across Coilmaster’s manufacturing facilities.
- Lead daily maintenance activities by assigning work, establishing priorities, coordinating coverage, and coaching technicians.
- Troubleshoot and repair fin presses, tube expanders, industrial electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for recurring equipment issues.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Quality to support safe, reliable, and efficient production.
- Manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, asset records, downtime data, and parts usage through Limble CMMS.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, contractor coordination, technician development, and maintenance standardization across Coilmaster locations.
What You’ll Need
- An associate degree, technical diploma, apprenticeship, or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electrical technology, automation, or a related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Seven or more years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, including at least three years leading or directing maintenance employees.
- Hands-on experience with fin presses, tube expanders, mechanical presses, or similar equipment, along with advanced electrical, PLC, HMI, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills, particularly during urgent equipment breakdowns.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to Coilmaster facilities in Phoenix, Arizona; and Tampa, Florida. Position is based in Moscow, TN. After-hours, weekend, overnight, and short-notice support may be required.
