About The Role

Join our team as a Facilities Technician, where your technical expertise will help ensure the safe, efficient operation of our retail facility. This position offers the opportunity to apply your skills in equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance within a structured, safety-focused environment.

The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes that support the achievement of the retail site’s business goals and objectives.

What Will You Do?

  • Complete assigned work order requests and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor to identify and address repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywalling, painting, exterior structural, and appliances.
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants.
  • Inspect buildings and grounds to proactively identify deficiencies and required repairs.
  • Assist with escorting vendors and contractors.
  • Communicate with Facilities Supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property.
  • Participate in company-provided training such as safety, non-discrimination, and harassment and prevention
  • Comply with all Company National Standards, applicable health, and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Perform other duties as required.

What You Bring.

  • Minimum of two years of general maintenance experience.
  • High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and commercial maintenance experience
  • Experience in organizing and planning.
  • Working knowledge of the safe use of power and hand tools.
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work with and team and independently

Salary Range

$23.00 - $25.00 Hourly
