About The Role

[What the role is]

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented officer who can drive meaningful engagement across the organisation — shaping how the Group communicates its work, builds its culture, and develops its people. In this role, you will lead a team and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful communications, events, and capability-building initiatives that advance the Group's strategic priorities.

[What you will be working on]

  • Lead the planning and execution of service excellence initiatives, including presentation ceremonies and recognition programmes, ensuring these are delivered with purpose and aligned to the Group's values and strategic direction.
  • Drive the end-to-end organisation of events that foster team cohesion, staff development, and learning — from conceptualisation through to delivery — including managing vendor relationships and external partnerships to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the Group to develop and implement communication strategies that clearly and compellingly convey the Group's work, priorities, and impact to internal and external audiences.
  • Conceptualise and produce high-quality, creative content — including digital collaterals, intranet materials, and multimedia assets — that strengthens the Group's communications presence and engages diverse audiences effectively.
  • Oversee the Group's e-information channels and management reporting processes, ensuring that information is accurate, timely, and presented in a way that supports informed decision-making at all levels.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and briefings for senior forums, translating complex information about the Group's work and strategic interests into clear and persuasive narratives.
  • Manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects, proactively tracking progress, anticipating risks, and ensuring timely delivery in alignment with broader organisational goals.

[What we are looking for]

  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline, with at least 4 years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or related functions.
  • At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, with a track record of motivating and developing team members.
  • Proficient in video production and editing, and in creating visual content using tools such as CapCut and Canva; broader experience with digital communications platforms would be an advantage.
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate organisational priorities into compelling communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and adaptable — able to build trust with diverse stakeholders and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
