Inside Sales Representative - Offshore (Supporting USA and Canada)

We are currently hiring for

• 1 SDR focused on the United States market
• 1 SDR focused on the Canadian market
• This role focuses on outbound prospecting, booking meetings, and generating qualified pipeline for our Account Executives.
• You’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, starting conversations, and converting outreach into qualified sales opportunities.
• This is a great role for someone who enjoys prospecting, opening doors, and being rewarded for results.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect new customers through email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Identify decision-makers and introduce Citygreen’s platform
• Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and meetings in HubSpot
• Provide meeting preparation and handoff notes
• Help build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach and targeting

Performance Expectations

Inside Sales Representatives are expected to

• Book meetings for Account Executive or Sales Manager
• Ensure meetings meet qualification standards
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM records
• Provide proper preparation and handover to Account Executives or Sales Manager
• Incentives are based on revenue outcomes, not just meeting volume.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales development, inside sales, or lead generation
• Comfortable with cold outreach
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Results-driven mindset
