Freedom Plaza is recruiting for a hospitality focused RN or LPN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents in private duty.

RN/LPN: Private Duty Nurse

Wage $30.00 LPN to $32.00 RN per hour

We are looking for a nurse interested in working a flexible schedule in the relaxed atmosphere of our private duty program at Freedom Plaza senior living community.

Freedom Plaza is seeking a compassionate, self-motivated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing Private Duty program. This is a unique opportunity to provide personalized nursing services in a beautiful senior living community, all without the long drives and hectic schedule that often come with traditional home care.

What You'll Do

  • Complete nursing assessments and evaluations
  • Develop individualized care plans
  • Perform medication box fills and medication management services
  • Conduct supervisory visits and ongoing resident monitoring
  • Communicate and collaborate with residents, families, and community staff
  • Support residents in maintaining independence, wellness, and quality of life

Qualifications

  • Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Previous senior living, home care, or community-based nursing experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to exceptional resident care
