About the location

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco

The Role of Concierge

We currently have an opportunity for a concierge to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco !

Reporting into the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for p roviding exceptional concierge services by warmly welcoming guests, delivering personalized recommendations, arranging reservations and special requests, and ensuring seamless coordination with hotel departments. Maintain in-depth knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, and hotel services to assist guests effectively. Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns professionally, build strong guest relationships, and manage administrative tasks such as reservations, guest preferences, deliveries, and concierge records while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Our Ideal Concierge candidate will have

Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of the local area and luxury experiences, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Possesses strong problem-solving skills, a proactive service mindset, and proficiency in hotel systems such as Opera and concierge platforms.

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
