About The Role

DNV is seeking a Lead Auditor - ICT for its Management System Certification (MSC) service line. We are looking for professionals with expertise in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Information Security Management Systems (ISO/IEC 27001), and Service Management Systems (ISO 20000-1). While preference will be given to already qualified auditors, we are also open to candidates with a strong and relevant background who can develop into the role.

Key Responsibilities

Perform third-party audits and deliver training in accordance with:
ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management Systems)
ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems)
ISO 20000-1 (Service Management Systems)
ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management Systems)
ISO 42001 (Artificial Intelligence Management Systems)
TISAX
Other ICT-related standards, frameworks, and schemes
Provide timely and accurate reviews of clients' corrective actions and verify the effective closure of nonconformities.
Provide customers with timely, complete, and accurate reports on their current level of conformity and the implementation effectiveness of their management systems.
Plan, manage, and maintain audit schedules and related activities with Management System Certification clients.
Maintain appropriate auditor qualifications and credentials and actively pursue the advancement of existing credentials and acquisition of additional relevant qualifications as needed.
Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements, certification rules, and all applicable internal and external requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. A higher-level qualification is preferred.
10+ years of overall experience in Information Technology, Management System implementation, certification, auditing, or related fields, including a minimum of 4 years of substantial experience in Information Security.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a positive and professional attitude.
Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of management systems, information security, IT service management, governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Good understanding of relevant regulations, industry standards, best practices, and methodologies, including ITIL Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, SOX, COSO, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, HITRUST, FFIEC, and GLBA, with the ability to apply these requirements to organizational governance, risk, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
Professional certifications such as ITIL, CISA, CISM, CISSP, MCSE, MCSA, and/or an MBA (or equivalent postgraduate qualification) are highly desirable.
