About The Role

National Star Services , a facility management company with over 28 years of nationwide experience , is currently hiring reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support operations at a transportation facility in Sweetwater, TX 79556.

This is an outdoor, physically active position assisting truck drivers with covering and securing materials on flatbed trailers.

👷 WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist drivers with covering materials on flatbed trucks
Unroll and position large tarps over materials on flatbed trailers
Secure tarps using straps, bungee cords, and other equipment
Ensure materials are properly covered and secured before trucks leave the facility
Work safely and efficiently while following site procedures
Perform physical work outdoors in changing weather conditions
Maintain a clean and safe work area

🕒 SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday
1st Shift: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM
2nd Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM

💰 PAY

$19.00/HOUR
WEEKLY PAY!

✅ REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to provide two valid forms of identification (Photo ID & Social Security Card)
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Steel-toe boots are required
Must be comfortable performing physical work outdoors
Must be comfortable working in different weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required
No public transportation is available near the job site
Must be willing to complete a background check
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Must be available to start as soon as possible
