Client Consultant - Agriculture Growth Manager

About The Role

Euromonitor is a leading provider of market intelligence solutions that help agricultural organizations navigate complex global markets and shifting demand.

The Agriculture Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Euromonitor's presence across the agriculture ecosystem. Working with commodity organizations, cooperatives, trade associations, government agencies, and trade development organizations, this individual will identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while expanding engagement within existing strategic accounts.

This role will work closely with Account Managers, Consulting, Research and Product teams to help expand Euromonitor's total addressable market and strengthen its position as a leading provider of agricultural market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Own a revenue growth target and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Lead consultative sales efforts across syndicated research, consulting engagements, and custom research solutions.
  • Build business cases, develop tailored value propositions, support proposal development, and negotiate contracts.
  • Expand existing relationships while identifying new opportunities, buying centers, and stakeholder groups.

Agriculture Ecosystem Expansion

  • Develop relationships across agricultural cooperatives, commodity organizations, associations, government agencies, and trade development organizations.
  • Identify underserved organizations, emerging sectors, and under-penetrated market segments across the agriculture value chain.
  • Create strategic account and territory plans that support long-term growth and deeper market penetration.

AI-Enabled Opportunity Generation

  • Use AI-powered sales intelligence and market monitoring tools to identify buying signals, stakeholder changes, funding developments, and emerging industry priorities.
  • Leverage AI to support stakeholder mapping, account planning, prospect identification, and territory prioritization.

Industry Engagement & Collaboration

  • Represent Euromonitor at industry conferences, client meetings, and agriculture-focused forums.
  • Build relationships with industry leaders, policymakers, trade organizations, and cooperative executives.

Success Measures

  • Revenue growth and quota attainment
  • Pipeline generation and new opportunity creation
  • Expansion within existing strategic accounts and development of new buying centers
  • New logo acquisition and growth within cooperative, association, government, and adjacent agriculture segments
  • Expansion of Euromonitor's total addressable market in agriculture

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consultative sales, business development, account management, strategic partnerships, agriculture industry, association management, government relations, economic development, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and manage complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong relationship-building, written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Interest in or familiarity with agriculture, market research, international trade, cooperatives, government agencies, commodity organizations, or industry associations
  • Experience using CRM platforms, sales intelligence tools, market research, or AI-enabled prospecting solutions preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus

The base salary range for this role is $78,589 - $95,584 based on experience and qualifications. Alongside Salary, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance options, 401k, paid time off, hybrid work set up, core hours and other perks to support a positive work environment.
