About The Role

Identify potentials throughout the company to create data-driven business value
Ensure compliance of the Data Tribe’s activities with engineering guidelines 
Work out data management & data governance guidelines
Consulting on data-driven way of working in the Data Tribe and beyond
Leading the Data Tribe and be a mentor and coach for the corresponding Team Leads
Be the Data Protection Coordinator for the Engineering Department
As part of the Data team, manages data infrastructure and analytics, ensuring data governance, integrity and supporting ICT operations
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Science, Mathematics or similar field
Excellent knowledge in data science & machine learning models
Excellent knowledge in data-driven business applications 
Good Stakeholder management skills
Several years of data project management experience
Several years of people management experience
Excellent English communication skills
