  • Coordinates across internal teams (product, engineering, support, operations) to keep work moving and ensure the client gets timely, accurate updates.
  • Plans and runs regular status meetings and check-ins, and prepares clear agendas, notes, and follow-up trackers for each.
  • Monitors overall account health and client satisfaction, surfacing concerns early and following through until they're resolved.
  • Maintains organized documentation of decisions, commitments, and open action items so the account's history and status are always easy to reference.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders without losing track of details.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple internal teams to get things done.
  • Working knowledge of project-tracking tools (e.g., trackers, shared task boards, status dashboards).

PERKS & BENEFITS

  • Competitive compensation and generous stock options
  • 100% employer-paid top-of-the-line medical, dental and vision coverage
  • Great benefits including unlimited PTO, parental leave and free snacks and beverages
