About the Role

As a Workplace Assistant, you will support the delivery of workplace and facilities services across the site, helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional working environment. You will coordinate workplace activities, assist with events, manage service requests, and provide administrative and operational support to the broader facilities team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional front-of-house and workplace support services.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, workplace facilities, and event requirements.
  • Assist with planned maintenance activities and service delivery.
  • Support senior management with workplace-related requests.
  • Manage courier, mail, and document distribution services.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and service providers onsite.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Respond to workplace requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate workplace records and administrative documentation.
  • Build positive relationships with employees, visitors, contractors, and clients.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring

  • Previous experience in workplace services, facilities coordination, hospitality, customer service, reception, or office support.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong customer service mindset with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or service providers is highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices is advantageous.
