What you will do

Conduct legal reviews of borrower documentation to ensure that there are no errors regarding the authority and capacity of the signatories.
Prepare, draft, and review letters, agreements, and other related legal documents.
Propose recommendations to resolve legal issues and/or mitigate legal risks.
Coordinate with notaries regarding signing schedules, registration of security/collateral, and other matters related to credit agreements.

What we are looking for

Minimum 2 years experience as legal officer/associate in financial services institution or bank
Good knowledge of secured lending and engaging collateral
Ability to work in dynamic fast-paced team environment
Capable of working as both individual or a team player
Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks
Able to multitasking
Meticulous and well-organized
