Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote.
The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A will be responsible for creating a strong partnership with the cross functional team by providing financial tools, modeling, insights and knowledge to support financial discipline in all business decisions. You will act as a trusted and valuable business partner to cross functional teams. You will identify issues and work to provide solutions to support the entire organization by leveraging resources and driving projects to resolution. You will be highly engaged and provide facts to support decision making and influence the right outcome.
A Day in the Life...
- Perform monthly financial performance analysis, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results, and communicate findings to direct manager.
- Perform monthly financial close activities, including preparation and review of accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-term planning processes.
- Analyze financial trends to report on performance of key business drivers.
- Prepare accurate, timely, and value-added financial reports for business leaders and finance management.
- Assist in identifying risks and opportunities impacting financial performance and support mitigation plans.
- Partner with business stakeholders across functions to understand performance drivers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and process efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Experience processing a financial model and forecasting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to present financial insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Education
Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
Master's Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience
At least 3 Years of Experience
Annual Salary
$72,200 - $90,300
The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
