About The Role
Role Summary
In support of the Dental Sales Operations and Broker/Client Services organizations, the Dental Sales and Broker Support Lead Analyst supports the growth and optimization of the individual dental business. This role is a key member of the sales enablement team, responsible for driving dental-specific broker experience, operational processes, and technology solutions.
The individual will partner closely with internal stakeholders and broker distribution teams to enhance dental sales workflows, identify trends and friction points, and deliver scalable solutions aligned to the dental strategy. This role serves as a subject matter expert on Dental broker needs, translating business requirements into actionable system and process improvements that enable a seamless end-to-end experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with broker distribution teams to support dental brokers and sales processes, optimizing where possible, and ensuring all steps in the process from pre-sale to enrollment are well managed.
- Serve as liaison between Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements for dental system capabilities are understood and delivered successfully.
- Translate dental business needs into requirements and workflows to support smooth solution decisions.
- Identify and resolve gaps in dental quoting, enrollment, and service always emphasizing broker and customer usability.
- Synthesize data to highlight trends and risks, working together with business and sales operations stakeholders to manage improvements on the dental backlog.
- Ensure improvements and changes are aligned to dental growth targets.
- Collaborate with training resources to communicate system and process changes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support UAT, training, and rollout for emerging features.
- Participate in internal helpdesk issue tracking of broker issues and tickets, identify root causes that support simplified solutioning, and ensure fixes meet stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years health insurance or dental operations experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience identifying gaps and implementing solutions
- Data analysis capabilities involving large data sets
- Experience participating or leading a helpdesk
- Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dental products, particularly Mphasis Javellina
- Experience in technology projects
- Knowledge of broker operations
- Agile project management experience
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
