About The Role
Job Summary
Responsible for performing a variety of skilled maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry, as well as other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of methods, materials, and procedures used in general repair and maintenance work.
- Knowledge of machines, tools, and equipment used in a variety of tasks as required.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and appropriate safety precautions.
- Skilled in the use, cleaning, repair, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Skilled in evaluating situations and making informed decisions.
- Skilled in planning and organizing work efficiently.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions accurately.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in the use of materials and resources.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of at least the tenth grade.
- Experience in building and plant maintenance involving a variety of skilled work, such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of vocational education.
- 2 years of experience in trade services
- Valid drivers license
