Site Support Engineer
Are you passionate about IT and helping people solve technical challenges? Join our team as a Site Support Engineer and play a key role in delivering reliable IT support and maintaining a productive workplace technology environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and workplace IT services.
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN, and business applications.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, device setup, and user access management.
- Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and AV equipment.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, warranty claims, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain accurate documentation and service tickets.
- Contribute to IT projects, device refreshes, software deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in desktop support, onsite IT support, or service desk environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems; macOS is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, or SCCM.
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT asset management processes.
- Basic cybersecurity awareness and endpoint management experience.
- Experience supporting VIP users and meeting room technologies.
