About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Sourcing Manager to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier management, and cost optimization across the business.

This role will play a key part in delivering cost savings, COGS targets, working capital improvements, supply continuity, and inventory optimization , while partnering closely with regional procurement teams, business leaders, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sourcing projects to achieve cost savings, COGS, working capital, OTIF, supply lead-time, and raw material inventory targets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new potential suppliers and sourcing opportunities .
  • Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and key suppliers, ensuring commercial, operational, and data requirements are consistently met.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with SOX requirements, company policies, and procurement guidelines .
  • Maintain accurate and timely procurement data across SAP, Coupa, SAC, and other relevant systems .
  • Prepare regular project updates, reports, and insights for the Regional/APAC Procurement leadership team and country business leaders .
  • Monitor supplier and market intelligence to ensure business and procurement decisions are based on accurate and reliable information .
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business objectives and continuously improve procurement processes.
  • Support change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement across sourcing and procurement activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing , ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the chemical, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
  • Experience in contract manufacturing management is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, Power BI, SAC, SFDC, and Coupa E-Sourcing or similar procurement systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and at different levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the country as required; a valid driving licence is preferred/required.
