This role will support the operation Monday - Friday from 4:00PM - 12:30AM. DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing our HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the organization. The HR Specialist will be involved in various HR activities, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
The ideal candidate for HR Specialist will possess strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding programs.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence across the company.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- This position requires working Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or a related position.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
