About The Role

The Apprentice will be reporting to the Supervisory Base AME, and their duties include

Assist the team in performing aircraft maintenance.
Assuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Organizing and maintaining the hangar and support equipment.
Performing related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Must have graduated from a Transport Canada-Approved Basic training course and have gained at least 18-months credit towards their M-rated AME license.
Previous aircraft maintenance experience an asset. (Helicopter maintenance experience preferred).
Must be able to obtain Access to Controlled Goods authority and a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) for airport airside access.
Must have the legal right to work in Canada. (This position is not available for sponsorship).
Must be organized and a self-starter.
Must be customer focused and be a team player.
Must have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Halifax.
