Intern - Customer Management Operations Summary of the role
Join our Customer Management Operations team as an intern and help us build a structured framework for Competitive Intelligence in Customer Operations. Under the guidance of experienced team members, you’ll research and analyze how leading companies manage and improve customer operations, including service delivery, support models, digital enablement, automation, knowledge management, and customer experience initiatives.
Your work will provide valuable insights into best practices, market trends, and benchmarks—translating these into actionable recommendations that support strategic planning, operational improvements, and transformation projects.
In this job you will
- Research customer operations models, industry trends, and best practices across relevant sectors.
- Identify benchmarks and reference organizations with advanced capabilities.
- Gather and organize information from company reports, case studies, analyst insights, and industry articles.
- Structure findings into clear themes such as operating models, support channels, digital tools, automation, and performance indicators.
- Prepare comparisons and summaries of opportunities and improvement areas.
- Support team discussions to validate insights and co-create recommendations.
- Contribute to an organized Competitive Intelligence repository for future use.
- Create engaging presentations that communicate key learnings and practical strategies.
About the ideal candidate
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Genuine curiosity about customer experience, operational excellence, and emerging market trends in the digital space.
- Strong interest in research and data analysis, with an ability to translate findings into meaningful insights.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and engage in discussions about process improvement and innovation.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset, with good organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other presentation tools is an advantage.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and engage in discussions about process improvement and innovation.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup ( 2–3 days per week onsite at BGC, Taguig. Onsite days: Monday – Wednesday - Friday).
- Target internship duration: 500 hours ; typical schedule is 8 AM to 5 PM | 9 AM to 6 PM
- Selected candidate MUST be able to start on September 14, 2026
