About the team

More about the role
As a Supplier & Stock Compliance Specialist, you'll play a key role in protecting stock integrity and ensuring supplier compliance across the Argos supply chain. Working closely with suppliers, Commercial teams, Logistics & Fulfilment Centres and operational stakeholders, you'll help identify risks, resolve issues and support the controls that underpin a successful operation.
Day to day, you'll own the stock blackline process, investigating and resolving stock discrepancies while ensuring supplier compliance standards are maintained. You'll analyse compliance and stock data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide meaningful insight that supports better decision-making and operational performance.
You'll also coordinate supplier compliance development activity, support audits and compliance reviews, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen controls, reduce risk and improve supplier performance. Along the way, you'll build strong relationships across the business and with external suppliers, helping ensure stock is managed effectively and in line with agreed standards.
This is a permanent (full time) role working in a hybrid model from London or Ansty.

Whether you're investigating stock issues, analysing performance trends or supporting compliance improvements, you'll bring a proactive, engaging and organised approach to your work.
Most importantly, you'll be passionate about improving processes, reducing operational pain points and finding opportunities to make things simpler for colleagues, better for customers and more effective for the business.
