As the HSE & Facilities Specialist, you will oversee daily HSE tasks and compliance programs, risk management initiatives and facilities works at our Singapore site. You will be responsible for the execution and continual improvement of HSE processes, as well as supporting leaders and frontline teams in creating a strong safety culture. This position plays a key role in ensuring that risks are understood, mitigated, and actively managed.

As the HSE & Facilities Specialist, you will be responsible for

  • Providing day-to-day HSE support for local site personnel and regional field service teams – including resolving HSE observations, analyzing data and trends, and supporting operational projects as the SME on core HSE topics
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations as well as internal HSE policies and standards.
  • Leading incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action processes to prevent recurrence
  • Supporting audits, inspections, and performance reviews across multiple sites and operational teams
  • Own the facility maintenance program, including preventive maintenance, documentation, compliance activities, and response to ad hoc needs via third-party vendors, who will be performing majority of the facilities work scope

Fuel your passion - to be successful in this role, you will

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field (or a high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of HSE experience).
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment, with experience supporting operations and / or field-based teams.
  • Possess working knowledge of HSE management systems and industry standards, and hold a WHSO license for Singapore
  • Have experience managing HSE programs, compliance initiatives, and risk management activities.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide operational leaders.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with coordination of simultaneous continuous improvement projects
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills with preferred experience conducting HAZID/HAZOP studies, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and developing Risk Management Plans.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across varied operational environments.
