About The Role

As a Trainee in our IT infrastructure department, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills. Your primary focus will be on assisting with tech support tasks and contributing to our infrastructure management strategies.

Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Gain practical experience in configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure components.
Learn and apply best practices for network administration and security.
Support the team in implementing and managing Outlook configurations.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth IT operations and efficient problem-solving.
Document and update knowledge base articles for future reference.
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to discussions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients.
Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the IT infrastructure team leads.
A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a Tech Support Engineer or in a similar role is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
Good knowledge of basic IT infrastructure components and networking concepts.
Familiarity with Outlook configuration and email management is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and growth.

Basic understanding of IT security practices and protocols.
