About The Role

As a Material Handler at New Flyer, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory and ensuring efficient operation within our production environment. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and moving materials to support our manufacturing processes. You'll work actively to maintain safety standards and optimize inventory flow while supporting assembly technicians in their daily tasks. Hours are 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 6:30a - 3:00p.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong preference for candidates who have forklift, warehouse, inventory control and/or equipment operating experience.
Solid, up-to-date and consistent work history is strongly desired.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Commitment to safety and the ability to recognize and mitigate hazards.
