The Opportunity
As an Enterprise Risk and Control Solutions - Data Analytics - Manager, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading data analytics projects to drive insights and support strategic decision-making
- Utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from complex datasets
- Developing and implementing data visualization solutions using tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Managing data integrity and security within analytics frameworks
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their analytical skills
- Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Building and maintaining data pipelines to support efficient data processing
- Applying statistical modeling and predictive analytics to solve business challenges
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging data technologies and methodologies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: a Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating proficiency in complex data analysis and data-driven insights
- Utilizing advanced data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Excelling in algorithm development and machine learning applications
- Managing data integrity and quality improvement plans effectively
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution within data analytics
Travel Requirements
Up to 60%
Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
