About The Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to company executives. The ideal candidate is capable of managing schedules, coordinating communications, handling confidential information, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams. The successful candidate should be resourceful, adaptable, and capable of anticipating needs while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Coordinate emails, follow-ups, and daily communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and documentation
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with project coordination and task tracking
  • Maintain organized digital files, records, and databases
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on behalf of executives
  • Support operational and administrative tasks as needed
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
  • Ability to independently manage and execute content strategy after onboarding
