Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Clinical Practice, the Senior Clinical Practice Lead provides strategic clinical leadership across Seniors Communities. Working closely with operational leaders, Registered Nurses, Care Operations Managers and the Quality team, you will influence clinical practice, build capability and support the continuous improvement of care delivery.

You will lead the design and implementation of clinical care models, act as a trusted expert on complex clinical matters and help ensure our teams have the confidence and capability to deliver exceptional care outcomes.

With integrity and influence, you will

  • Lead the development, implementation and continual improvement of clinical care models across Seniors Communities
  • Provide expert leadership in dementia care, palliative care and integrated care hub initiatives
  • Mentor and coach Registered Nurses, Care Operations Managers and frontline teams to build clinical confidence and capability
  • Translate clinical policy, evidence and regulatory reform into practical frontline solutions
  • Partner with Quality and Operational teams to strengthen governance, risk management and continuous improvement practices

You are an experienced and respected clinical leader who combines strong clinical expertise with a practical, people-focused approach. You are passionate about improving care outcomes, developing clinical capability and supporting teams through change.

You bring strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence across clinical, operational and corporate environments. Most importantly, you lead with empathy, professionalism and a genuine commitment to person-centred care.

What's Required

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated experience leading clinical practice across aged care, home care or sub-acute/community settings.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop capability in multidisciplinary clinical teams.

What's Preferred

  • Postgraduate qualifications in gerontology, palliative care, dementia care, clinical education, or healthcare leadership
  • Experience interpreting policy, regulation, and reform, and translating these into effective clinical practice
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, build strong relationships, and operate effectively across clinical, operational, and corporate environments
