Role Overview
- The Acquisition Manager works directly with property owners to evaluate opportunities, present solutions, and negotiate purchase terms.
- This role is responsible for guiding sellers through the decision-making process with clarity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Speak directly with property owners to understand their situation and goals
- Evaluate property details and determine deal viability using provided criteria
- Present purchase options clearly and professionally
- Negotiate pricing and terms in a respectful, solutions-focused manner
- Secure signed agreements and transition files to the operations team
- Maintain accurate notes and deal status updates in the CRM
- Collaborate with lead managers, analysts, and transaction coordinators
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing, timelines, and contract terms
- Ability to follow underwriting guidelines and negotiation frameworks
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Real estate experience is preferred but not required
