Key Responsibilities

  • Speak directly with property owners to understand their situation and goals
  • Evaluate property details and determine deal viability using provided criteria
  • Present purchase options clearly and professionally
  • Negotiate pricing and terms in a respectful, solutions-focused manner
  • Secure signed agreements and transition files to the operations team
  • Maintain accurate notes and deal status updates in the CRM
  • Collaborate with lead managers, analysts, and transaction coordinators

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable discussing pricing, timelines, and contract terms
  • Ability to follow underwriting guidelines and negotiation frameworks
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Real estate experience is preferred but not required
