About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
  • Handle workforce planning for ongoing and upcoming construction projects
  • Manage employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational development
  • Oversee payroll coordination, compensation & benefits, and HR administration
  • Support senior management with HR insights and reporting
  • Maintain and update HR systems, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5+ years as an HR Manager
  • Mandatory experience in the UAE construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience handling large manpower (blue-collar & white-collar workforce)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus
  • Experience with HR systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
