Job Summary

The Sales Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing sales support functions and maintenance operations to ensure efficient business performance. This role leads maintenance planning, supervises technicians or support staff, coordinates with clients or internal teams, and helps drive sales growth through service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search for the clients
  • Evaluate the needs of the client and make a proposal
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of repair and service tasks
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, facilities, or assets
  • Supervise maintenance staff, contractors, or service technicians
  • Monitor service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction
  • Support sales efforts by managing client relationships and identifying service opportunities
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, service agreements, and follow-up communications
  • Track maintenance costs, budgets, inventory, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve customer complaints, service issues, and operational escalations
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to improve workflow and service delivery
  • Maintain reports on maintenance performance, sales activity, and key metrics
  • Train staff on procedures, customer service, and operational best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in sales coordination, maintenance operations, or facility management
  • Good knowledge of equipment maintenance, repair processes, and preventive maintenance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to analyze budgets, schedules, and performance reports
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office or maintenance management software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
