Sales and Service Associate (Part time) - IKEA Khon Kaen

Your assignment

• Drive sales by active selling and sales steering.
• Provide customers with the consultancy of IKEA home furnishing solutions through planning that match with their expectations and projected budget.
• Optimise the IKEA shopping experience to secure satisfied customers and increase sales.
• Approach and guide customers to generate sales.
• Receive and resolve customer complaints and problems efficiently and with empathy.
• Create a positive experience for our customers so they will want to return and shop with us again and again.
• Work with vendors on customer delivery plan to meet the schedule and achieve customer satisfactory.

Your profile

• Passion and knowledge of home furnishing, interior design and retail.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, customer-focused and service industry.
• Ability to take personal initiatives and priorities and organise your own work efficiency.
• Confident in approaching and talking to people in a proactive manner.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work on weekends and/or public holidays when required.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
