About the Role - We are looking for a highly structured, detail-driven operator to support and gradually take ownership of the operational execution of the Betty Shop. The Betty Shop is a core part of our experience, allowing players to earn and spend loyalty coins on rewards like free spins and physical merchandise. This is an execution-heavy role focusing on precision and reliability, ensuring every item and promotion is perfectly configured to maintain a fair and high-quality experience for our players.

Key Responsibilities

Shop Operations & Configuration: Configure and maintain shop items, rewards, and promotions in internal back-office tools. Ensure all positioning, category structures, and constraints are consistent and aligned with defined rules.

Cross-Team Coordination: Sync with the Content team on new game releases and collaborate with CRM on communications for sales and shop initiatives to ensure operational readiness.

Reporting, Analysis & Optimization: Run regular performance reports to monitor the impact of shop changes. Maintain configuration backups and catalogs via spreadsheets and surface insights to improve player engagement.

Quality Control & Ownership: Triple-check all work before going live to identify risks or inconsistencies. Proactively surface any issues early and contribute to transparent resolutions and process improvements.

What we are looking for

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a zero-mistake mindset.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel), including comfort with formulas, structured tables, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Highly structured and methodical working style, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Analytical capability to work with data, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Clear communication skills and the comfort to ask questions when something is unclear.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over delivered work.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) or basic SQL knowledge is considered advantageous.
  • Previous experience in iGaming, marketplaces, or complex digital products is advantageous
  • An interest in improving operational processes and documentation is an asset.
