About The Role

  1. 電話銷售與業績達成
  • 透過公司提供名單進行電話開發及銷售。
  • 推廣個人意外險、醫療險、癌症險、重大疾病險及其他A&H商品。
  • 分析客戶需求，提供適當保險規劃建議。
  • 達成個人及團隊銷售目標。
  1. 客戶關係維護
  • 維持良好客戶互動與服務品質。
  • 處理客戶商品諮詢及投保相關問題。
  • 執行續保、加保及交叉銷售作業。
  • 提升客戶留存率及滿意度。
  1. 法令遵循與品質管理
  • 遵循保險法規、個資法及公司內部規範。
  • 確實執行銷售流程與錄音作業要求。
  • 完成必要之文件及系統紀錄。
  • 配合品質監控及教育訓練。
  1. 行政與系統作業
  • 即時更新客戶資料及銷售紀錄。
  • 使用CRM系統追蹤銷售進度。
  • 定期提交銷售及活動成果報告。
  • 1.具高中/職以上學歷。
  • 2.具電話行銷或業務經驗者佳。
  • 3.正面積極、健談且有工作熱忱、表達能力佳、有耐心、配合度高。
  • 4.具抗壓性，不想領固定死薪水，具企圖心欲向高薪挑戰者。
  • 5.口條清晰，反應靈敏。
