As Financial Controler, you will play a central role in supporting the financial health of the business through reliable reporting, strong controls, and close partnership with leadership. This is a high-impact role for someone who brings sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insight.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Oversee general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance against forecasts.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Partner with leadership to support audits, reporting, and financial decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
7-10 years of experience in financial controlling or accounting, with strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, and internal controls.
Experience supporting senior leadership, external auditors, tax advisors, and investors.
CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is a plus.
