 Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide scientific and application support across diagnostic portfolios.
• Deliver customer training, workshops, and educational programs.
• Support method validation, verification, and evaluation.
• Develop educational materials.
• Participate in customer meetings, scientific discussions, and advisory activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Medical Affairs, and Global teams.
• Monitor industry trends, clinical guidelines
• Support scientific events, conferences, and key customer engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Laboratory Science, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Pathology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
• Experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory operations, or healthcare technologies.
• Strong presentation, training, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a customer-facing environment.
• English proficiency for regional and global collaboration.
