Egypt Education Platform is excited to announce an opening for a Front of House Representative at GEMS British International School Al Rehab . This role is ideal for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused individual who will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist parents, visitors, students, and staff professionally and courteously.
• Manage the school's reception area and ensure a positive first impression for all visitors.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
• Handle visitor registration and ensure safeguarding and security procedures are followed.
• Provide accurate information regarding school services, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and courier deliveries.
• Maintain reception records and assist with administrative tasks as required.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a front desk, reception, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within a school or hospitality environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance with a positive and welcoming attitude.
