We offer 2400 - 2800 gross EUR salary and variable quarterly bonus to the maximum of 70% of the quarterly basic monthly gross salary (up 5040-5880 Eur gross per quarter) based on sales results and individual KPI execution. Role and Responsibilities Key responsibilities: Develop and implement the smartphone category marketing strategy based on headquarters guidelines Build and develop key product communication narratives across all communication channels Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new communication opportunities Plan and execute new product launch campaigns: develop campaign calendars, communication materials, media plans, and ensure readiness for campaign go-live Develop integrated communication plans across multiple channels (ATL/BTL, digital media, partner activities), defining target audiences, key messages, and outcomes Prepare creative briefs and guidelines for agencies and stakeholders, ensuring consistent brand and product communication Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across channels and activities Monitor and analyze campaign results, prepare reports and recommendations for future improvements Plan and execute promotional campaigns (e.g., cashback, bundles, special offers), including visual materials, website content, and media activities Provide communication materials to partners and monitor their compliance with brand guidelines in-store and online Collaborate with advertising, media, and production agencies to ensure high-quality and timely campaign delivery Work closely with internal teams (product marketing, sales, retail, e-commerce, PR, social media, CRM, customer service) to ensure a unified approach to marketing activities Skills and Qualifications Key Competencies/Characteristics: At least 5 years of experience in marketing communications project management, delivering multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong knowledge of the media landscape, including digital channels, social media, and traditional media Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and prepare clear, structured reports Ability to think strategically and adapt global guidelines to the local market Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change while maintaining a high pace of work Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team Fluent in Latvian and English (for day-to-day collaboration with an international team within the company) * Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location, at: https://account.samsung.com/membership/policy/privacy.
