Back Office CSR

ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Back-Office CSR to join our rapidly expanding team. Account specific roles and responsibilities

Review medical records for completeness and accuracy.

Identify and log missing information or entries (e.g., RBT signatures).

Coordinate with onshore teams to obtain the required documentation.

Maintain accurate records of findings using Google Sheets and MS Excel.

Generate and submit weekly summary reports of missing items.

Follow internal audit guidelines and escalate concerns as needed.

Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience is an advantage, but not required
• Healthcare BPO experience is a PLUS
• Good Verbal and Written English skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be keen to details
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shift
