Weekend Assistant Machine Operator - Sign on Bonus

• Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!
• Sign on bonus: $1,250.
• Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)
• Strating pay $21-25/ hour
• Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities

·Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.
• Participate in training and support team development.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• 12-hour shifts
• Friday - Sunday 5AM – 5PM OR 5PM – 5AM
• Overtime opportunities available

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively
• Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
• Ability to perform in a hot environment
