Warehouse Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team in Penrose. This is a full-time position responsible for order fulfilment, returns processing, kit preparation, basic provisioning, and supporting efficient warehouse operations and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
• Receive and process inbound stock and deliveries.
• Manage returns (RMA) and associated warehouse activities.
• Investigate and resolve issues relating to incorrectly shipped goods.
• Assist with kit preparation and basic device provisioning.
• Complete sortation and dispatch activities.
• Perform manual handling tasks safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support effective stock control processes.

Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse experience in a pick/pack or similar role.
• Strong reliability and commitment, supported by positive employment references.
• Experience with inventory handling, receiving, dispatch, and warehouse operations.
• Ability to undertake physical work, including lifting, while following health and safety requirements.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and literacy.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Experience using warehouse management systems is advantageous.
