About The Role

  • This role is DFW Based to report to our home office located at 1322 Ranchers Legacy Trail, Fort Worth, TX. 76126
  • Travel is expected & required at least 50% of the time.
  • HTeaO is building a dedicated Community Marketing team to drive brand visibility and local engagement
  • throughout every phase of the store’s journey — pre-opening, Grand Opening weekend, and post-opening. This
  • role is highly visible and relationship-driven, requiring someone who genuinely understands HTeaO's operations
  • and brand, and who can represent the company in the community with energy, authenticity, and professionalism.
  • The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, personable team player who takes pride in showing up for Franchisees
  • and helping new locations build a strong, lasting presence in their community.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Opening

  • Identify and scout specific local businesses, events, and high-traffic locations to introduce and promote the

new HTeaO location.

  • Build early community relationships on behalf of the store, distributing mini gallons, flyers, and other

marketing materials as outlined in Exhibit A requirements.

  • Represent HTeaO's brand and culture accurately and enthusiastically in every community interaction leading

up to the Grand Opening.

  • Boost the HTeaO app and encourage local sign-ups ahead of the Grand Opening.
  • Promote the local store's Facebook page and advocate for the community to follow it.

Grand Opening

  • Support and amplify Grand Opening weekend excitement through active, visible community engagement in

and around the store.

  • Work alongside the NSO team, FBC, and store leadership to ensure community marketing efforts are felt instore, not just in the surrounding area.
  • Help create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that reinforces the store's connection to its new community.

Post-Opening

  • Continue building community relationships to support sustained guest frequency and long-term brand loyalty

beyond opening weekend.

  • Provide ongoing visibility and support for the Franchisee and Corporate Stores as the store transitions into

normal operations.

  • Collaborate with the FBC and NSO Lead to ensure community marketing efforts remain consistent with

brand standards and store goals.

  • Support locations that have been identified that need additional marketing support to help drive new

customer visits, reignite excitement in the community, and build sales through continued marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of HTeaO operations and brand standards.
  • Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with new people and local businesses.
  • Humble and kind, with a genuine, approachable attitude in every interaction.
  • Passionate about promoting HTeaO and able to represent the brand with authentic enthusiasm.
  • Skilled at identifying specific, relevant local businesses and locations to market the brand effectively.
  • Self-starter who is motivated and takes initiative without needing constant direction.
  • Collaborative team player who works well with others, including NSO, FBC, and store leadership.
  • Demonstrates strong Franchisee support and an all-in, whatever-it-takes attitude.
  • Able to cross-functionally work with all internal departments to support store and brand goals.
  • Must be organized and able to make strategic plans for marketing and store engagement.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able and willing to travel out of state as needed.
  • Has the ability to travel for extended periods of time when applicable
