Job Summary The Site Project Implementation Intern will support the project team in coordinating and monitoring project implementation activities at site. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to project coordination, site operations, documentation, progress monitoring, and communication with internal teams and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring day-to-day project implementation activities at site.
• Support the Project/Construction Team in tracking project progress against planned timelines and milestones.
• Assist with site inspections, progress updates, and documentation of site activities.
• Prepare and maintain project-related documents, reports, records, and checklists.
• Assist in project management & construction especially on project quality, specifications, safety & environmental requirements.
• Perform other duties and project-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work at project/site locations and participate in site visits.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
