This is the entry-level in the Digital Content Job hierarchy. Employees at this level support the creation, maintenance and publishing of digital content assets, including text, images, and video, across Duke Energy’s digital platforms, such as internal websites and applications.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals and teams.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital content management, web content, accessibility, and SEO principles.
- Commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work while following brand and digital standards.
- Collaborative, flexible, and eager to learn in a team environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, content management systems, analytics platforms, or similar digital tools.
- Previous internship experience or 1 year of related work experience
