Marketing Representative – Social Media & Website Management

Position Summary the Marketing Representative is responsible for executing and maintaining the organization’s digital marketing presence across all social media platforms and the company website. This role supports brand visibility, lead generation, customer engagement, and compliance-aligned communication. The Marketing Representative ensures that all digital content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards and strategic objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Social Media Administration — Manage daily operations of all social media platforms, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and compliance-approved messaging.
  • Website Content Management — Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Digital Content Production — Create and edit graphics, videos, written posts, landing pages, and promotional materials that support marketing initiatives.
  • Lead Generation Support — Assist in the development and execution of digital campaigns designed to increase inbound leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking — Monitor digital KPIs, compiles monthly performance reports, and provides data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand & Compliance Alignment — Ensure all digital communications adhere to brand standards, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, product updates, and customer communication strategies.
  • Competitive & Market Research — Conduct ongoing research on competitor digital activity and industry trends to inform strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing business social media accounts and websites
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to design basic graphics and short-form video content
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital engagement strategies
  • Experience in insurance or financial services marketing preferred
