• Handle and process incoming payment-related requests via Intercom;

• Investigate cases and identify the appropriate payment provider for resolution;

• Escalate complex or high-risk issues to relevant internal teams;

• Ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs;

• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and Account Management teams to resolve issues efficiently;

• Contribute to daily operations and continuous improvement of the internal knowledge base.

Experience you’ll need to bring

• -
• At least 0.5 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or related position;
• -
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications;
• -
• Experience with resolving issues related to the payments industry - will be a plus;
• -
• A financial or Economics degree - will be a plus.
