Oversee the projects and regular processes, ensuring effective planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management;

Set priorities, ensure clear ownership and support PMs in delivering high-impact initiatives;

Analyze processes across business units to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement;

Effective use of Jira, Confluence, spreadsheets, pivot tables, and other tools to structure, monitor, and optimize operational processes;
-
Design, implement, and continuously optimize scalable processes, workflows, SLA and operational standards;
-
Establish and monitor relevant KPIs and use data to support decision-making and prioritization;

Identify opportunities for automation, tool optimization and reduction of manual work;

Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and support in scaling effectively;

Drive a culture of ownership, proactivity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the PM team.

Experience you’ll need to bring

3+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, or similar fast-paced environments;

Proven track record of managing, mentoring, or developing Project Managers;

Experience in leading large-scale projects within product companies (iGaming experience is a strong plus);

Experience with process optimization, automation and operational excellence initiatives;
